Doné Jozephs is a qualified attorney with nine years of post-qualification experience across commercial matters, transactions and compliance, fiduciary law, litigation, trusts, and estate administration. Her experience includes legal due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and legal and regulatory risk management.

Ms. Jozephs is a Director and Co-Founder of Jozephs & Jozephs Attorneys Inc. Her prior experience includes serving as Senior Associate at JVC Jozephs & Co. Attorneys, Deputy Director of Operations at Appleton Fiduciary Services, and Attorney and Head of Department at FPS Attorneys. Across these roles, she has managed complex legal and fiduciary matters, drafted and reviewed commercial agreements, advised on compliance and governance issues, handled litigation and negotiations, and supervised legal and operational teams.

Ms. Jozephs holds an LLB from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa in 2017.
