Yang Li serves as Chief Executive Officer of Quanome Technologies, Inc. From 2014 to 2025, he served as CEO of Shanghai Nanchao Technology Inc. He was Managing Partner at Consensus Capital from 2017 to 2018 and previously served as CTO of Dealuse Technology Inc. from 2010 to 2014. From 2008 to 2010, he was with TBA Digital Inc.

Mr. Li studied at Simon Fraser University from 2003 to 2007 and received a Bachelor of Arts through the School of Computing Science. From 2016 to 2018, he also served as an Adjunct Lecturer at MSE, Fudan University.

Aik Siang Goh serves as a Director of Quanome Technologies, Inc. He is a technology entrepreneur and business executive with more than 20 years of experience in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, enterprise technology and investment. He is the Founder and Chairman of EdgeMatrix Computing and a Venture Partner at Chuang House Capital. He previously held senior leadership positions at Improbable, Amazon Web Services, Fosun Group, LeEco, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Dell.

Mr. Goh holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Melbourne.
